Firstly, live fire is not used here, which means that neither firefighters nor neighbors will have reasons for dissatisfaction and worries about the possibility of creating a dangerous situation right in the house. The absence of live fire saves you from another unpleasant factor arising from a real barbecue, namely from the terrible smoke that spreads very quickly.
This type of barbecue is of two types: horizontal and vertical. Horizontal barbecues look like a mini version of real barbecues. The heating element is located at the bottom, and you need to turn the skewers with meat manually. This process resembles cooking kebabs in the fresh air and is very addicting. By the way, thanks to the fire safety of this device, you can use it both on the balcony and inside the house in the kitchen.
Vertical barbecues have the shape of an elongated cylinder, which has a heating element for frying meat from above and an automatic drive so that the skewers with meat rotate and cook evenly. Also in the lower part there are special open containers that collect fat dripping with meat. Thus, easier care of the kebab maker is provided. The choice of this or that electric option completely depends on your desires.

However, even here there is a danger of fire, since the device is not electric and you will need to kindle a fire for cooking kebabs, which may be very displeasing to some authorities. Also, this barbecue has one more drawback - a small amount of smoke that comes from the fire.
