At the first stage of installation, it is necessary to dig a trench of sufficient width. Then you need to fix the metal supports. Depending on the type of soil, install a foundation, the depth margin of which should be 15-20 percent. To do this, measure the depth of groundwater.

Create protection for the trench bottom with a crushed sand cushion … It will also serve as a protection for concrete, which is subject to moisture destruction.

Fit the reinforcement cage with rods and tying wire. Lay metal mortgages on top of the frame. The guide should be laid down and aligned exactly according to the level. Otherwise, there will be a skew of the canvas.

  • Consider the dimensions of the equipment. For example, the height of a light vehicle is 1.4 m, a gazelle is 2.5 m, a KAMAZ - 2.9 m. Take into account the angle of arrival up to 45 degrees.
  • When constructing a reinforcing frame, welding is strongly discouraged.
  • Moisten the surface of the poured concrete periodically for the first two days. This will eliminate the possibility of cracking.
  • Select the reinforcement for the frame only after the type of the gate to be manufactured has been designated.

  • If self-tapping screws without rubber gaskets are used to fasten the corrugated board, over time atmospheric moisture will "corrode" the canvas.

  • Use low temperature greases for bearings. If you lubricate the structure with other options, the rollers freeze in winter.
