The dry residue of the product after drying is equal to half of the original volume. Subject to the storage conditions, the composition is suitable for use within two years after opening the bottle. The optimum temperature for gluing is + 10-12 degrees. The glue consumption varies from 170 to 190 g / sq. m. Titebond III - This is a particularly durable waterproof compound, which is available in green packaging and is intended for gluing objects that come into direct contact with food. It contains no solvents and is based on safe polymers. The product is stable when freezing and can be used at low temperatures. It is suitable for both hot and cold gluing methods, it does not need to use a press when drying. Due to the polymer water-dispersion basis, the product is considered universal and perfectly adheres not only wood and laminated veneer, but also plastic. Consumption is 190 g / sq. m, the PH level is 2.5 units, and the mobility of the working surfaces after applying the glue varies from 10 to 20 minutes. This time is quite enough in order to adjust the arrangement of the elements among themselves and ensure neat gluing. Heavy duty is the strongest composition. It is capable of bonding brick, concrete, fiberglass, ceramic, hardboard and stone substrates.
