It is worth paying attention to the composition of the Super-Moment glue. It is made on the basis of cyanoacrylate, which speeds up the bonding process and increases the strength between the parts. Glue "Super-Moment" has a small size and weight of only 3 g. The advantages of this composition include economy, because for a good setting, just a few seconds are enough - from 5 to 60 seconds. Durability and reliability are the indisputable advantages of this tool. This product should be stored under specific temperature conditions - from -20ºC to + 30ºC. Optimal storage conditions are from + 2 ° C to + 8 ° C.
Super-Moment glue has waterproof and frost-resistant properties, which contribute to the integrity of the connection. The manufacturer of this composition is the German company Henkel, which is mainly engaged in the production of detergents and cleaning products, cosmetics and personal care products.
Using
The area of application of the Super-Moment glue is quite large. It is capable of gluing rubber, metal, wood, fabric, paper, leather goods and more. But glue is not able to glue everything together. It is not suitable for gluing polyethylene, polypropylene, stack, dishes that will undergo thermal reactions. It is also unsuitable for bonding very soft leather.
When using Super-Moment glue, you should adhere to the following instructions:
- the surface on which the glue will be applied must be dry and clean;
- for good adhesion, the surface must be degreased with gasoline or acetone;
- after application, it is immediately necessary to firmly press the parts together;
- a small emphasis can be made on the humidity of the air - the higher the humidity, the faster the setting will occur and, vice versa;
- accumulations of air should be avoided, which can adversely affect the future of bonding, because this will damage the structure of the dried glue, so the strength parameter will be much lower.
When using Super-Moment glue, you must adhere to the following safety rules:
- the bonding process must be carried out in a well-ventilated place, because a large accumulation of vapors released by this product can negatively affect the body;
- it is imperative to do the work with gloves and glasses;
- keep glue out of the reach of children;
- do not allow the product to come into contact with the skin and eyes;
- it is imperative to dispose of the product at the end of the expiration date.
Very often, when using Super-Moment glue, fingers stick together. If you adhere to the safety rules, then you can avoid this trouble.
If this happens, then it is worth using one of the methods described below
- If some time has passed after sticking the fingers, then they should be placed under hot water or lowered into a container in which soda with hot water should be diluted. Subsequently, the glue will soften and you can easily separate your fingers.
- You can use a drug called Super-Moment Antikley. He is able not only to wash the fingers from the glue, but also helps to clean the surface from excess. Before use, be sure to read the instructions and test it. If the glue gets on the clothes, it is almost impossible to wash it off, but the "Super-Moment Antique" will allow you to return it to its original appearance.
Important: in no case should you try to cut the glued fingers with a blade, as this will severely damage the skin of the hands.
